Historic Commercial District

Seminary Street Historic Commercial District is one of the Midwest's stunning success stories in downtown restoration. Buildings once nearly abandoned now thrive with restaurants, distinctive specialty shops, a day spa, coffee roastery and a bakery. Downtown District
