LeRoy along with the Galesburg Jaycees as they once again cook up some
great ribs downtown. Public welcome to enter the competition ($100.00
entry fee). Ribs will be cooked, judged, and then served to the public.
Prizes for first - third place and People’s Choice Award. Get here early
as the ribs are sure to go fast!

Outside is a memorial to those railroaders killed on duty, a commemorative walkway, a collection of rolling stock including Engine 3006, a Railway Post Office/Railway Express car, the Pullman car Meath with more displays and a caboose.
